We know that many Black women navigate their growth journeys alone, without access to structured support networks. But we believe that personal development doesn't happen in isolation, despite that being common belief.
It is born from EXCHANGE , LISTENING , CARE , and COLLECTIVE CONSTRUCTION.
Together, Black and mixed-race women make up the majority of the Brazilian population , but they still face barriers of social inequality.

The Yalodês Institute came into my life at a very important moment. Through the Black Women Lead mentorship program, I found a space for exchange, support, and, above all, development. I have learned a lot about leadership, but also about confidence, assertiveness, and recognizing my own potential. It's very special to be able to experience this process alongside other Black women. I have great affection for the Institute and I am very grateful to be a part of it ❤️
