The Black Women Lead (MNL) project was created with the purpose of developing and empowering Black women through an online mentoring program in leadership, personal development, and networking, promoting racial and gender equity in spaces of power and influence.

When a Black woman leads, she not only transforms her own trajectory, she breaks the cycles of exclusion imposed by history, combats structural racism, and inspires and motivates other women to believe that they can too.
