Carreira 45+ is a social project focused on the personal and professional development of Black, mixed-race cis and trans women aged 45 and over , promoting training, strengthening self-esteem, updating skills, and expanding opportunities for employability, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

The project was born from the need to support women facing challenges related to professional reintegration, career transition, return to the job market, or the search for new opportunities after the age of 45. Recognizing accumulated experience as a strategic advantage, Carreira 45+ seeks to transform knowledge and life trajectory into concrete opportunities for growth.
