When a woman discovers her power, she transforms her own life.
The " Between Us – Power that Multiplies" program is aimed at empowering women who wish to expand their positive impact on their families, communities, and social networks, becoming multipliers of knowledge, support, and social transformation .
We believe that every woman possesses knowledge, experiences, and potential capable of generating significant changes around her. However, challenges related to self-esteem, belonging, insecurity, and self-confidence often limit her ability to recognize and share this potential.
A record of the first edition, which took place with law students from UFPB, as part of the Citizen Woman project.
When she shares this power, she multiplies the transformation.

Through a developmental journey based on the IIAS method, created by us, the project offers participants tools to strengthen their identity, develop emotional intelligence, find their voice, and overcome limiting beliefs, becoming positive role models in their fields of activity .
The name "Entre Nós" (Between Us) symbolizes collective construction, the exchange of experiences, and the strength of the support network among women. Meanwhile, "Poder que Multiplica" (Power that Multiplies) represents the capacity each participant has to share knowledge, inspire others, and contribute to social transformation.
