EMPOWERING BLACK WOMEN
We are an organization dedicated to the personal development of Black women in Brazil and around the world, with the goal of creating a community of women who empower themselves to take their place in the world, as TRUE IYALODÊS!
ABOUT US

A SPACE FOR DEVELOPMENT, WELCOME AND STRENGTHENING
We believe that personal development doesn't happen in isolation. It arises from exchange, listening, care, and collective creation.
That's why we're building a
A space where we support Black women in building more conscious, autonomous paths aligned with their purpose, through self-knowledge, emotional strengthening, and broadening their perspectives.
This also contributes to the transformation of their territories, communities, and areas of activity.

OUR MISSION
To promote the personal development of Black women through training processes, mentoring, and empowering spaces that encourage self-awareness, autonomy, and the construction of more conscious and sustainable life trajectories aligned with their purposes.
We believe in the power of SELF-KNOWLEDGE , the strength of SHARED EXPERIENCES , and the building of SUPPORT NETWORKS among women.
